Sitting within the Information Technology team and reporting to the VP of Information Technology, this role bridges design and technology — turning brand and project requirements into polished, high-performing web experiences and graphics. The work directly supports property launches, sales campaigns, and the company's overall brand presence in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain websites, microsites, and landing pages for the corporate brand and active developments, delivering responsive, on-brand experiences across devicesCreate graphic assets for digital and print — display ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and signage — in support of property launches and marketing initiativesPartner with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to translate project requirements into functional web experiences and polished visual deliverablesManage website content updates through the CMS, ensuring accuracy, performance, accessibility, and SEO best practicesUphold brand consistency across all projects by applying and helping evolve Related Group's brand guidelinesPrepare production-ready files for print and digital vendors, and QA all web work across browsers and devices before launchRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience3–5 years of professional experience in web and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating bothProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury brandsMotion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and basic JavaScriptBilingual English/SpanishBenefits as a Related Employee:Base Salary and Performance bonusMedical, dental, vision, legal services, flexible spending account.
