Keis George LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal/legal assistant to join our Cleveland, Ohio office. Duties include review and set up of claim files and assisting the Paralegal Manager with case management, as well as various other legal and administrative tasks as assigned. Experience with subrogation claims, reviewing insurance claim files, analyzing police reports and court dockets, skip tracing, and preparing pleadings and negligence claims is a plus. Candidates should have at least three years prior experience in a legal or insurance company setting. Position Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience working with insurance claim documents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to manage a high volume of files efficiently. Excellent time management and communication skills.
