Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee
Boise Area | $18-$25/hr DOE | Paid Training | Weekday Schedule
Adecco is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee for a company specializing in hoist and lifting equipment repair. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to build a long-term career in maintenance and equipment repair. No hoist experience required. Paid training provided.

What You'll Do

• Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of hoists and lifting equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

• Support equipment installations and upgrades

• Operate tools and equipment, including forklifts and power tools

• Complete service reports and documentation

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Travel to customer locations throughout the service area

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical, electrical, automotive, construction, or maintenance experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
