Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for a Conflicts Analyst II. This position could be based in any of our U.S. West Coast offices (Los Angeles; Menlo Park; Orange County; Portland; Sacramento; San Francisco; Santa Monica; or Seattle) with consideration given for 100% remote US locations if willing to work West Coast hours.
The Objective: The Conflicts Analyst II assists the Firm and its attorneys with compliance and risk management related to potential new business.
What will I do? You will review, research and analyze new business and conflict submissions to identify potential ethical or business conflicts of interest and to ensure compliance with Firm policies and strategies. You will provide clear communication to firm attorneys and staff to resolve potential conflict and compliance issues. You will research corporate entities and family tree structures to determine related entities and run additional reports utilizing international business compliance software as needed.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage a dynamic set of matters and issues.

Qualifications Knowledge, Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required. 3-5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm. Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred. Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills. A problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of firm attorneys and staff. Ability to manage change within a dynamic and innovative organization while maintaining a commitment to the Firm's core values. Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is between: New York City, Silicon Valley, and San Francisco $64,000 - $108,000 Washington DC, Los Angeles, Orange County, Santa Monica, Sacramento, Boston, and Seattle $64,000 - $108,000 All Other US Locations $61,000 - $92,000 Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
