Working remotely with a schedule from 9:30am-6:00pm PST, the Conflicts Analyst will research, analyze, and resolve conflicts of interest related to matter intake and lateral hiring while collaborating with attorneys in the Office of General Counsel. Key responsibilities Collaborate with attorneys to research and resolve conflicts of interest Review client/matter intake forms for completeness and accuracy Monitor and address urgent requests from the shared department email inbox Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in conflicts administration at a mid to large size law firm Familiarity with conflicts administration software such as iManage or Intapp Bachelor's Degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong research skills and ability to interpret professional conduct rules regarding conflicts of interest
