Position Overview:
As an Assistant Press Operator , you will play a vital supporting role within the flexographic printing team. Your responsibilities will include preparing inks, loading film rolls, performing quality checks, and assisting with press changeovers. This hands-on position offers comprehensive exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, making it an excellent opportunity to develop valuable industry-specific skills.

Key Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided for the right candidate

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment is a plus

• Knowledge of safety standards, quality assurance tools, and ISO standards is advantageous

• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills

• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team setting

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime as needed

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.50 per hour
